What Actually Worked After Repeated Rejection

This episode is not about success. It’s about what worked after repeated failure.

I’m not sharing this as advice. I’m documenting what I’m doing while I’m still in it.

This is part of a larger experiment —to show that building real wealth in India is not about talent, luck, or motivation, but about process and repetition.

Why I Share Failures Publicly

I don’t wait for perfection.

Whenever I create new work — a film, a pitch, a presentation —I share it immediately with all my clients and contacts.

Not to sell.Just to stay visible.

Most people only share outcomes.I’m sharing the middle.

Because the middle is where most people quit.

What Actually Happened (No Filter)

Last 2 months:

  • Approached around 50 hospitals

  • Cracked 2 projects

That’s the reality.

No hype. No viral moment. No shortcuts.

Just showing up again and again.

Why Presentations Changed Everything

Clients don’t understand what’s in your head. They understand what you show clearly.

In this episode, I show the exact presentation I’m pitching.

Nothing fancy. No overthinking.

Just clarity.

Once I started structuring my thoughts visually, meetings became easier.Conversations became more focused.

Sales Structure (As Simple As It Gets)

I stopped trying to do everything myself.

Now:

  • One person handles cold calling

  • I focus on meetings and pitching

No big systems. No complex funnels.

Just clarity of roles.

Cold Calling Reality (No Script Gimmicks)

Cold calling is uncomfortable. There’s no escaping that.

Every call has only three things:

  1. Who I am and what I do

  2. How we can help

  3. Why it matters to them

I avoid yes/no questions.I ask open questions.

And instead of sounding unsure, I say clearly:

“I need your appointment.”

Direct.Honest.Effective.

Why Physical Meetings Still Work

Showing up in person sends a message:

  • You’re serious

  • You’re not time-passing

  • You respect their time

I carry samples.I show real work.Sometimes I give access to something for free.

Once they experience the work, the conversation shifts.

How the 2 Projects Happened

No tricks.

Just:

  • Walk-ins

  • Showing work

  • Following up

  • Waiting

  • Rejections

  • Going again

That’s the system.

Simple.Not easy.

Money Reality

I don’t spend money to look successful.

I spend money only to:

  • Promote my work

  • Stay visible

Instagram ads are affordable if used correctly.Perfection is expensive.Visibility is not.

Right now, visibility matters more.

What I’m Learning (While Doing)

Small actions feel insignificant when you do them.

Calls feel small.Meetings feel average.Follow-ups feel pointless.

But they compound.

I’m reading The Compound Effect againand watching it play out in real life.

Why This Is Bigger Than One Project

This is not about one film. Not about two projects.

It’s about proving publicly that:consistent execution,over a long period,can change financial reality.

No hype.

No speeches.

No motivation culture.

Just work, documented honestly.

Final Note

This episode is not advice. It’s documentation.

This is how I’m building —with limited resources, slow progress, and constant rejection.

If you’re somewhere in the middle, this will feel familiar.

No gyan. No preaching.Just execution.
