You’ve probably experienced it. You try your best. You take action every day. You set big goals. Maybe you even manifest your dreams — whether it’s financial freedom, building a business, or becoming a billionaire.

And yet… nothing seems to work.

You keep moving forward for a few days or weeks, then something collapses. The motivation fades. You feel trapped. The same patterns repeat. You’re stuck.

This is exactly where I found myself recently. Despite my efforts, my progress kept collapsing, over and over. I started asking myself: Why am I failing even when I’m doing everything right?

That’s when I realized the problem wasn’t external. It wasn’t the market, the clients, or timing. The problem was internal patterns, habits, and addictions that were controlling my brain. My mind had gone into survival mode, running on autopilot — driven by dopamine, old habit loops, and suppressed emotions.

No matter how many goals I set or actions I took, these internal blocks kept stopping me. Manifestation didn’t work because my energy and focus were stuck in repetitive patterns. Discipline only worked temporarily. Every time a failure came, I collapsed.

So, I turned inward. I began mantra chanting, meditation, chakra work, and reading the Rigveda and the 18th chapter of the Bhagavad Geeta. Slowly, I began to see patterns — why they were breaking and why they collapsed after every small failure.

Here’s what I discovered, and why this episode is so critical if you feel stuck in your life or business:

1. Addiction and habit loops hijack your brain

Most failures aren’t caused by laziness or lack of skill. They’re caused by your brain running on autopilot, repeating old habits and patterns without awareness. Addiction — whether to food, dopamine, comfort, or distraction — hijacks your decisions. Your brain seeks survival, not growth.

2. Suppressed emotions create internal blocks

Many addictions and repeated failures are not just habits; they’re tied to suppressed emotions. When emotions aren’t acknowledged, they manifest as automatic behaviors. You think you’re making decisions, but really, your emotions and desires are driving you.

3. Decisions come from three sources — and only one leads to growth

In this episode, I break down how to evaluate your actions in a practical way:

  • Decisions from senses – responding to hunger, desire, or immediate gratification

  • Decisions from emotions – driven by envy, comparison, or fear

  • Decisions from clarity and intention – coming from your soul, your purpose, and the growth you want to create

Most of us are trapped in the first two without even realizing it. That’s why we keep failing, despite working hard. True growth comes when decisions and actions are driven by clarity, not impulse or emotion.

4. Mantra, meditation, and visualization can break habit loops

Through OM chanting, mantra repetition, and chakra work, I began noticing old patterns breaking. Meditation helped me observe my thoughts without judgment, which is key to detaching from senses and emotions.

Visualization after chanting helped me focus on the questions that really matter:

  • Why am I stuck?

  • Which decisions are holding me back?

  • How can I realign my actions with my purpose?

When practiced consistently, these techniques allow you to regain control over your internal patterns.

5. Why repeated failure isn’t the problem — inaction is

One of the biggest lessons I learned: failure itself isn’t dangerous. What keeps you trapped is repeating the wrong actions, letting your senses and emotions drive your decisions, and giving up after every collapse.

Even small, consistent actions matter more than chasing big results or manifesting overnight success. Every failure is a lesson — if you understand what caused it and act with clarity the next time.
